Are these certifications AHA compliant?

Yes. Our BLS and Heartsaver courses are official American Heart Association courses. We also teach American Red Cross, ASHI and Medic First Aid programs, so you can choose the card your employer or licensing board requires.

When do I get my certification card?

Most students receive their official 2-year eCard by email within 24–48 hours of passing the class. Printed cards are available on request.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please call Stephanie or Lisa as soon as possible if you can't attend so we can move you to another date or offer your seat to someone on the waitlist.

Do I need any experience before class?

No. Except for BLS (designed for healthcare professionals), every class starts from the basics. Our instructors are working emergency responders who make it practical and stress-free.

Can you train our team at our workplace?

Absolutely. We bring manikins, AED trainers and all materials to your business, school, clinic or job site anywhere in Southern Oregon. Use the group training form for an instant estimate.

Question 6

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can kneel on the floor in. Closed-toe shoes recommended. Bring a photo ID and your glasses if you need them for reading.

Will this meet OSHA requirements?

Our workplace and Heartsaver programs are designed to meet OSHA first aid and CPR training guidelines for most employers.
